Combined with the neighbouring award winning herds of Belted Galloway cows, the hills and countryside behind the cottage, the view from every window is postcard worthy. The property is easy to access, located off a well maintained lane which feeds into the A75. Within a mile there are convenience stores, restaurants, golden public beaches, historic sites and picnic locations. Six miles away is the 18th Century village of Gatehouse of Fleet, offering a supermarket, excellent cafes, pubs, as well as a chemist and Post Office. The cottage maintains its traditional exterior design, but has been modernised throughout, including two living areas which maximise the panoramic views: the living room with a wood burner and a separate sun room. There are three large bedrooms and one ‘snug’ bedroom perfect for younger guests, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and dining room and amenity space. In a truly magical setting, the cottage, which sleeps a maximum of 8, has been lovingly and tastefully furnished and decorated.
