A private area of our home, 2 bedrooms/bathroom seperate toilet and lounge with own entry. Private back garden, Access is via 3 stairs, on street parking. A 10 min drive to the Centre of Cowes, 20 min walk to beach. Breakfast provided every day (Toast/croissants/muffins/ condiments/Yoghurt/fruit/Cereals). Chrome cast and Wifi available. Fridge/microwave/kettle/Toaster and utensils. Tea/coffee Machine. Dishes are washed daily linen/towels provided. No smoking. No Vic levy tax charged The space There is an outdoor seating where you can have your breakfast and sit outside to relax. The private comfortable lounge has a large TV with Chrome cast and an air conditioner. The area is separated from main house with a locked inter-leading door. Safety is priority, with a smoke alarm, and deep cleaning after all visitors. Each room has a ceiling fan and heater. Comfortable bedrooms/good linen. Luxury bathroom with bath and shower. Guest access We are a corner block and You will enter through a private gate at back of property , on the side road. There is a pretty garden that you can sit in and relax. Parking is on the quiet street outside property. Other things to note We pride ourselves in offering a very clean and comfortable place for our guests. Breakfast is supplied in your room every day from the choices you make. Offering 4 different teas/hot chocolate/chai tea/coffee machine/different condiments/butter/cheese. Dishes are washed daily. All linen supplied except beach towels. A very quiet peaceful area of Cowes. There is a large park a few meters away. You will not be charged the extra Victorian tax levy on your bill, quite a saving. We supply bath washes/shampoo and conditioner. Toilet is Separate to bathroom.
