Hello! I've designed the space for students and travelers who need a private guest suite for longer term stays (30+ days). You have everything you need in terms of bath accessories, bed linens, kitchen utensils, laundry supplies and more. There is a 55 inch SmartTV. Cable TV isn’t available. The ADU has its own tankless water heater. Enjoy your private entrance, patio and garden arbors and secure bike storage. Tenants upstairs have 2 dogs and you will hear them on occasion. The space The ADU was built using sound resilient channels and 5/8 inch drywall, but there is potential for sound transfer from above. The long term tenants upstairs have 2 dogs. They can be heard occasionally. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. If you're visiting over the summer then please join us for our block party! Guest access The guest suite has it own garden area and private entrance. Other things to note While you are here I recommend shipping packages to the UPS store 2 blocks down the street. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
