Private Farm with 5 bedrooms, swimming pool and barbecue

Quinta dos Pastores: Countryside House in a very relaxing yet accessible area. 5 Bedrooms (one is a big rooftop with some beds) + big garden and outside relaxing area . Fully equipped kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. There's also a swimming pool, tennis table, trampoline, Wi-Fi (inside and outside!), and some animals. There are also lots of entertainments/games/board games for the kids and families 50km from Lisbon. The space The house has 5 bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with two single beds, another with a sofa bed and an roofop with two double beds and two single beds), 4 bathrooms (1 in the master bedroom, a family bathroom, one in the rooftop and one outside). In addition, the house has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has air conditioning and fireplace. Outside there is a large and spacious porch that can be used for meals. The farm is constantly being updated so it's normal to have some good news ;) With a ground-level pool, ping pong table, giant 4 in a row game or giant Jenga game, plus all the balls and rackets you can imagine, you won't run out of activities. There is also a giant trampoline, sun loungers, pool mattresses, floats for the children, etc. There is free high-speed WiFi both indoors and outdoors and cable TV. If it's winter, enjoy a good book by the fireplace or be entertained with the various board games we have. Have children? Show them our chickens that lay eggs daily and teach your kids how to collect eggs. Hungry? Grab one of the many seasonal fruits, from strawberries to passion fruit or even delicious raspberries or grab some fresh tomatoes, lettuce etc and make your own salad. We also have a wide variety of herbs. All organic without chemicals Guest access The space consists of the house, the pool, the garden, and all places around it. You will have access to all of it, and only you. Our only request is that you properly close all doors so that our animals can't escape their space. They may raid the garden!! :D Also we need access to the space with the animals and pools for a few minutes every other day (usually it's Carlos visiting). This is to make sure that there are no issues (Sometimes an animal might be feeling sick, or a water sprinkler is ruined etc). Other than that you will enjoy complete privacy. Other things to note Parties or events are not allowed. After booking, guests will be asked to fill in a booking form with the identification of all guests. Only guests included in this Booking Agreement can enter in the Villa. If the owners have indications that the rules have been broken, they have the right to enter in the villa to check the situation. Breaking with the rules can lead to the expulsion of all guests.
