Guest access The full bathroom is located next to the cute bedroom and it is shared. Guest has access to A FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen. During your stay I am committed to ensuring a smooth stay and are available to assist at any time. Other things to note Very important Must be informed and follow BC Heath stipulations. Must be informed and follow the BC Fire preventions and stipulations. The room is equipped with a fire alarm sensor and a fire extinguisher. In case of hazard, the guest must know how to operate the fire extinguisher. Get familiar with Emergency exits: -Front door exit -Backyard two exits. One from the open space kitchen and living Te second from the main living room. My place is close to family-friendly activities and public transport. The full bathroom is adjacent and shared. Quiet time between 9 Pm until 9 AM Loundry is free. Samsung washer and dryer. Detergent and softner are provided free of charge. To avoid the noise disturbance to other guests, guest has a 4 hour access per week between 5-9 PM. Important! Guest must keep the room clean all the times and must leave clean the private bathroom, the shared bathroom and all other shared facilities as soon as she finished using. Owner provide all cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner.
