Caribou Island Cottage

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens (1 full and 1 that is not fully stocked). The main kitchen is on the bottom floor and fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there is a fridge and a stove upstairs that is usable. The upstairs is not accessible from the bottom level. There is a wraparound deck to walk up the stairs to get into the top floor. There will not be other people staying at the same time, we rent is as a whole unit. Dig clams on one side and beach and swim on the other! The space Guests are welcome to the cottage. The Garage is for owners only, no guest entry. Other things to note Garbage is every two weeks. Guests must recycle and compost for garbage pick up. Garbage can and compost are located across the street from the driveway. We ask that all sand be washed off on the outside tap or removed before showers because it can clog P traps in the drain. There are four concrete blocks surrounding the entrance to the well which is very close to the driveway, there is a stick in the middle to prevent hitting so you know exactly where it’s at. This is a quiet, tightknit neighborhood, not a place for partying. Of course, socialization is permitted, we just ask that you be respectful of our neighbours and have things relatively quiet by a respectful time, 11 PM. Parking is permitted in the front of the cottage and along side but never in the back as it is our septic field. Additional guests must be approved by host prior to arrival.
