The unit you’re viewing is on the MEZZANINE LEVEL, it’s exclusive to you! The unit overlooks the old gymnasium which Has been converted - It’s One of a kind!! A covered roof top terrace, a outdoor patio with fire pit & bbq. Theres a fitness area (Actual registered FALLOUT shelter of the 60’s) to name a few. The space This place is amazing; everyone loves it, and I'm sure you will too! All the furnishings are high quality ....... and we take good care of them; so you can have a great time! CLEANING: We have a SELF CLEANING POLICY; there are NO cleaning fees! UNLESS you want to have us clean; if so, its a $60 fee. (We will need to know this ahead of time so we can arrange it.) WE PAY A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY to deep clean - (1x) PER MONTH! HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Clean after yourself : (If you didn’t use it or mess it THEN DON’T clean it!) Assuming you use all the normal stuff The very basic you must do is: - Wipe counter - Put your dishes in dishwasher and start it - Wipe toilet with Clorox wipes - Wipe bath room sink & mirror - Rinse shower - Vacume or sweep anything YOU tracked in - Take out your trash & replace bag - We supply all cleaning materials (during COVID19 bring - lysol & cleanings wipes due to shortages) - The MOST IMPORTANT thing to ALL of us is.......a CLEAN BED! - Beds have bed covers; they STAY ON the bed or get immediately replaced. - We replace the mattress every two years. - You MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS!!!!!! The comforters/Quilts stay on the beds; we wash them weekly or as needed. - All this info applies to the provided air mattress as well. Impact center - 10 minutes 🏀⛹️ Albany airport - 25 minutes ✈️ SPAC - 15 minutes 🎤🩰🎶 Rensselaer Amtrak - 25 minutes 🚂 Saratoga race track - 20 minutes 🐎 Saratoga Amtrak - 25 minutes 🚊 Times union center - 25 minutes 🎭 City of mechanicville is walkable city and has on demand public transportation. 🚎 🚶 Guest access All spaces that are not locked! Other things to note The other 14 units in this building are permanent residences for the guests; do not disturb them, be too loud, or disrespectful; I live in the building so I'm sure they'll phone me. Plus we have cameras that record 24/7/365 in every part of the building.
