Quiet stay, historic center of Dinan

Quiet, in an old 17th century house, the apartment is located right in the historic center. It benefits from an ideal location (very quiet pedestrian street, close to the famous Rue du Jerzual and Chemin de la Ronde, a stone's throw from shops) as well as a beautiful view of the clock tower. Guests can fully enjoy the city center on foot and walk around the medieval city. The space Completely refurbished and very bright, the apartment has a nice ceiling height (3m), an old fireplace (unusable) and triple glazed windows. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge...). You can also find basic foods (pasta, salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee...) Access to wifi is free. Having traveled to airbnb listings on several occasions, we focused our attention on decor, layout, and sleeping arrangements. The room is spacious with a comfortable king size bed (160 cm), wardrobe and desk. The living area has an easily convertible sofa bed (140cm). Sheets, blankets, duvets, towels are provided. Parking spot Free parking on nearby streets (free street parking) Discoveries Do not hesitate to ask me, I will tell you my favorite places in Dinan, but also along the Rance and on the emerald coast (Dinard, St Malo, Cancale ...). You will access it through a private courtyard, with a quiet garden. Located on a pedestrian and very quiet street, you will even forget that you are in the city center!
