Located in the El Ejido neighborhood, the university part with the Music hall, the Canovas Theater and the School of Art. Around are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Close to the historic center (10 minutes walk) and all shops and services. Bus stop (37 and 1) and taxis nearby. Included is a private parking and WIFI 24h! The space The apartment has 138 m2, it is exterior on the third floor of the building and has a lot of light. The living room is very large for the whole family or to enjoy your stay with your friends. There is a place in the living room to work or study. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, but we recommend that you come with a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children or only 7 adults. Because one bedroom has a bed of only 1.20m x 2m. The other bedrooms offer a 1.50m x 2m bed in the master bedroom with views of the Gibralfaro and with its bathroom en suite, another bedroom with the 1.50m x 2m bed and a bedroom with two 0.90m x 1.80m single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and all utensils. Hot and cold air conditioning and Spanish TV! There is an elevator in the building. Private parking and WIFI 24h included!
