Our spacious, first floor, two bedroom apartment in the beautifully quaint Churchtown Village. We have two large bedrooms (sleeps 5), kitchen, lounge & bathroom. We are situated in the peaceful village with shops & restaurants, a short walk to Meols Hall wedding venue. We are only 2 miles from Southport Town Centre and at least 4 famous golf courses. The apartment is above our cosy artisan coffee shop which is the perfect place for an amazing coffee & breakfast which you get at a discount. The space Our apartment is a perfectly situated place to stay for up to 5 guests (+ 1 baby) for those wishing to be conveniently located in the village with easy access to both Southport and Birkdale. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and newly refurbished bathroom; you have private access with your own front door. There are stairs up to the accommodation as it is on the first floor, once up there all rooms are on the same level. The main bedroom has a super kingsize bed which can be made into 2 singles if requested (please let us know in advance how you would like them arranged). The second bedroom has one double and one single bed and both rooms have sufficient space for a cot if required (also available). All beds are dressed with crisp, white Egyptian cotton linen and both bedrooms have dressing tables with magnifying mirrors and make up lights conveniently located close to sockets. Hairdryers are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine and complementary coffee pods. During opening hours, you will have special residents offers to enjoy in Remedy downstairs and the coffee and breakfasts are hailed as the best in Southport. You can enjoy home-cooked food from breakfast to lunch and if cooking is not part of your plan there are lots of choices in the evening. The lounge has a Smart TV, a blue tooth speaker, a 2 seater sofa, 2 accent chairs and a window bench. There is also a dining table to seat 4 and a selection of games and books. In the brand new bathroom you will find a walk in shower and sink vanity unit, a provision of towels, Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel. An emergency basket with a small selection of essential items you may have forgotten. Additional items available to you include and iron and ironing board, wine cooler, ice, milk and cold water. The kitchen will be stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and washing up liquid. The heating is gas central heating with a radiator in every room. There is a carbon monoxide alarm and two smoke alarms. Appropriate fire extinguishers and a first aid kit. The apartment is situated above our cosy, artisan coffee house. We are listed on the world's best coffee app and our homemade cakes have no calories in them!, draught beer, cocktails, wine and unique spirits also available. Scones are made every morning by the chef and you get a free cream scone each to welcome you. We are locally famous for our breakfasts - but you have to book! Whether it's avocado on toast, a full breakfast or Eggs Royale you will enjoy the discounted prices for guests. Southport is famous for it's golf courses and this is the perfect place to rest in between golf sessions! We also host Southport Flower Show, Southport Air Show, Southport Food and Drink Festival, British Musical Firework Championship, Southport Comedy Festival, there is easy transport for The Grand National. Guest access You have private access to the apartment via the main road. Other things to note We play some fairly unobtrusive music during the day and night. We open at 9am, close at 5pm on Monday-Wednesday and are open until 10pm or 11:30pm on the remaining days. The last Thursday of the month is Quiz Night and you may hear the quiz master as he uses a microphone, but as our guests you are lucky enough to receive free entry to the quiz. Quiz night finishes at approximately 10pm.
