It's on the heart of Kyiv -the old town Podil where you can find everything. Guest access You can use the kitchen and the bathroom. + the balcony If you want to dry your clothes you can hang them on the balcony We have a huge balcony and it's common for the guests and my dad and me. During your stay I speak Spanish ) I have lived in Spain (in Euskadi exactly) and I love everything related to Spain) I have Spanish and English available to speak. In the summer, I dont spend most of my time at home, but I can always help with something urgent. I dont know how do you like to spend your time but often i like to drink tea or coffee on the balcony and If you want you can join me. Also i like to hangout with different people so of course you can join me too) Other things to note If you wanna ask me about something - u are welcome ( in private messages before booking the room) I dont smoke and nobody smokes inside the flat. U can smoke outside( at the street) Sometimes I'm not in town. On such days my dad meets guests. So if you want to get home right after you reach the address - Write about this precipice.
