Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in Sexten (4-6 Person) – peacefully located away from traffic and noise, yet perfectly central. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sexten Dolomites from the cozy balcony. The close proximity to shops, restaurants, ski lifts, and the cross-country ski trail makes the apartment the ideal starting point for summer and winter holidays. Numerous hiking trails can be started directly from the house. The space The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator available) and offers a cozy and thoughtfully designed layout: a beautiful eat-in kitchen, completely renovated in May 2026 a very spacious bedroom with a large double bed and an additional sofa bed for two more guests a small and cozy room with a new double sofa bed. The room features fragrant Swiss pine wood, creating a particularly warm and relaxing atmosphere, and was completely renovated in December 2025 a bathroom with shower an additional separate daytime toilet a welcoming entrance area with wardrobe Additional amenities include: washing machine (available free of charge upon request after 10:00 PM) free parking space in our underground garage A bus stop is located only 80 meters away. The apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy the Dolomites in a relaxing atmosphere – whether hiking, skiing, or simply unwinding in nature. Guest access Before your arrival, we will send you an information video with all important details regarding your arrival, access to the apartment, as well as useful information about waste separation and parking. Other things to note We kindly ask our guests to leave the kitchen tidy and to clean and put away all used kitchen utensils before departure. Please separate the waste correctly and dispose of it properly in the waste collection area on the day of departure. If you are travelling with a pet, we kindly ask you not to let your dog relieve itself directly in front of the house entrance. Please remove any waste around the house and dispose of it in the designated “Robidog” container located approximately 20 meters above our house. Should any little accident happen in the stairwell, we kindly ask you to clean it immediately. Please also note that dogs may not be left alone in the apartment. It is important to us that both our four-legged guests and the other residents feel comfortable, so that pets will continue to be warmly welcome in the future.
