Guests are accommodated in a separate building adding to the tranquillity and privacy. Ensuite rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and flat screen television. New A/C and luxurious new queen bed. Guests are made to feel welcome but also given space to relax and unwind. Please note that breakfast is not provided. Parties are strictly prohibited for the comfort of others. The space We accommodate our guests in 3 different styles of rooms. We are listing here one of 2 large motel style rooms which have their own ensuites and tea and coffee making facilities. They do not have cooking facilities. Rooms are not serviced daily but we will check bins / towels and essentials etc Please note the 1st five photos show the this room. Guest access We live on a 4 acre property and guests can wander down to the creek or sit on the vast expanse of lawn to the west and enjoy the views. Some parts are fenced around the dams and the alpaca areas with restricted access. During your stay Guests can choose to have their own space BUT we can be close at hand to help with any enquiry. Other things to note We are on a tranquil 4 acre rural property with 2 dams, a creek with rustic arched bridges and a couple of alpacas in the paddocks - the nearest shops and eating houses are 8 kms away.
