A Beaut of a flat in Ardbeg!

This beautiful second (top) floor flat in the quiet village of Ardbeg, was stylishly remodeled in the 70s to create a unique apartment incorporating a sunken lounge and raised dining area with stunning panoramic views of the Clyde estuary. The space We love our apartment in the quiet village Ardbeg. It has a stunning sea view and overlooks gardens and a bowling green. The stroll to the waterfront takes less than 2 minutes. Inside: This is a top (second) floor apartment. There are 2 internal steps within the flat itself and a raised platform at the bay window. While this adds to the uniqueness of the flat, it could be inconvenient for parents with toddlers. The sunken lounge area has a 34" television, dvd player, hi-fi equipment and a digital radio. There is a large selection of movies and music, including a beloved vinyl collection. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and an ample selection of pots, pans, coffee makers, cutlery and crockery. There are two single beds (that can be put together with a comfortable mattress topper to create a king size) a wardrobe and small chest of drawers in the freshly decorated bedroom. Guest access The entire flat is accessible to guests. We will leave you a welcome pack and please help yourselves to any dry foods in the kitchen cupboards. Other things to note There is a selection of board games to play and books to read. The sleeping arrangements are flexible : 2 x single beds in the bedroom. The single beds can obviously be put together with a mattress topper to create a kingsize. Just ask and we will prepare this in advance of your visit.
