The space I bought my apartment in 2017 and redid all the decor (new kitchen, paint and floors). It measures 67 m2, and offers 3 closed bedrooms and a living room, small but cozy. It is located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator), it is crossing and without opposite, with a very clear view of the Lyonnais mountains. The sunsets are very pleasant from the balcony. The apartment is composed of: - Fully equipped kitchen. - A guest room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people. - A children's room with a standard single bed and toys. - A master bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, with a French window overlooking the balcony. - A shower room, small but functional - A living room with table and 4 chairs, sofa (not convertible), 1 armchair, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi. A French window overlooking the balcony. The neighborhood is very considerate and respectful. The residence is very quiet and wooded and the parking is private. I therefore thank my guests for respecting this environment. For this reason, parties and pets are not allowed. This apartment is where I live, I take care of it and I ask my guests to respect it as if it were their own home. For this reason too, I am unable to rent my apartment for long-term stays (more than a week), except in exceptional cases. The neighborhood: Le Point du Jour. It is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, with many good quality shops (bakeries, butcher shop, greengrocer, organic store...) 10 min walk Public transportation: - C21 bus at the foot of the residence to reach Perrache station directly in about 20 min. - bus 45 and 90 on the Place du Point du Jour to reach metro line D in 10 min (Gorge de Loup) Some instructions to ensure that your stay goes smoothly: the apartment must be tidied before leaving, do the dishes, take care of the objects.
