There is a fully functional built-in kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, portable hot plate, microwave, kettle and all cooking essentials including crockeries and utensils. Spacious newly renovated bathroom, supplied with fresh towels, toiletries such as body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and hairdryer. Queens size bed with a firm and comfortable mattress and fresh linen to ensure a good rest. Extra blanket and softer pillows provided as options (in wardrobe). A large built in wardrobe provides plenty of storage for personal belongings. There is a separate laundry room (on same floor) with coin-operated washing and drying machines (washing liquid & softener provided). Front entrance and lift of building is secured with concierge and 24hr CCTV. The studio has been installed with fast speed internet (d/l speed of 40+Mbps), Smart TV with NetFlix access, to entertain you after a long day at work or sightseeing. Conveniently located across Woolworths Metro Supermarket which is open late everyday and sells alcohol. Included: High speed WiFi Internet, breakfast (porridge), snacks, tea and coffee, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, fresh towels and bedding. With all this exciting development, there are some nearby construction works currently taking place that are unfortunately beyond my control and do slightly affect the apartment’s view. This has been reflected in the pricing, and I’m confident you’ll still find the apartment’s comfort, amenities, and fantastic location well worth it. A Few Important Details: • Bookings: Please ensure the reservation is made under your own Airbnb account, as bookings made on behalf of others cannot be accepted. • Smoking: The apartment and building are completely smoke-free. A designated smoking area is available on the ground floor for your convenience. Please note that smoking inside the apartment will result in an automatic AU$500.00 penalty. • Luggage Storage: There is no luggage storage on site. • Keys: Kindly take the keys with you each time you leave.
