RENTAL in a NICE seaside resort We are renting out our duplex apartment. We'd like you to be as comfortable there as we are. It has all the comforts you need. We want to rent it to couples or families. Very well located in the QUENTOVIC DISTRICT. Close to everything: the beach, the city center, the cinema, Rue Saint-Jean... No car needed. 3 Bedrooms including 1 children only 1 parking space / Nice little terrace No groups / Family only The space Our accommodation is bathed in light from morning to night because it is a through house and has many windows. A nice little terrace allows you to enjoy the most beautiful days. Sun loungers and armchairs await you to relax on the terrace. An electric barbecue is available for your grilling. You will be comfortable thanks to its three duplex bedrooms. The living room on the ground floor is very welcoming, spacious and the apartment is really cozy. Description of rooms: - Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm parental bed - bedroom n°2 with a bunk bed of 140 at the bottom (adults or children) and 90 at the top. A full baby bed with real mattress is also available - a small bedroom n°3 with two single beds ATTENTION for CHILDREN up to 15/16 years ONLY To be specified: - A damage deposit of €500 will be required for any stay. It will be returned in full upon your departure if no breakage, no problem encountered. Any repairs carried out by a professional will be deducted from the deposit when it is returned unless you pay for the repairs in advance. - Linen NOT PROVIDED but possible on request upon arrival with the on-site contact, for an additional fee: linen is €15 excl. tax/double KIT & €10 excl. tax/single KIT - Late arrivals (after 8 p.m.) will be charged an additional €10 to tenants for the key exchange by the concierge. Guest access Free parking for one car at the foot of the residence. You can get everywhere on foot. New Quentovic Square 2 steps away. Pharmacy, tobacco press, bakery, Burger des Enfants Rouges, bar and local restaurants 2 minutes from the apartment. Beach within 10 minutes' walk and city center as well. Canche, Base Nord, Corniche, pine forest, sports courses and nature walks also 5/10 minutes walk. There is something for everyone!!! Other things to note Check-in and key handover without surcharge until 8 p.m., then a surcharge of €10 to be paid to the concierge, intermediary on site.
