Stylish & basic 2 bedroom heritage listed terrace house in the heart of Sydney. Walk across the road to see a show at the Lyric Theatre, The Star entertaining complex and Pyrmont cafes & restaurant street. 5 minutes walk to International Convention Centre (ICC), Darling Harbour, Sydney Fish Markets, most major public transport and attractions of Sydney. You cannot get any place more central and walkable to everywhere than this! The space Fun Fact: This property was formerly owned by The Wiggles! Free WIFI - 2 bedroom, 2 storey basic self contained home. Basic equipped kitchenette with brand new microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, rice cooker, portable electric stove, convection glass oven, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, Nespresso machine (BYO pods). Washing machine and dryer combo is in the back courtyard. Bathroom, dining, kitchen and living room is on the ground floor. Lounge is Arthur G Australian Designer bespoke leather couch. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Stairs are Victorian style and have shorter treads. My 1.5yo and 3 year old kids walks down them backwards. Elderly with limited mobility will find them challenging. Wall mounted airconditioner split systems are located in the living room downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1: Queen bed + Single bed + Single roll out trundle bed. Roller blinds to balcony are block-out material. The room has double French doors as a sound barrier since it faces the street. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Bedroom 2: Double bed + Single bed + Single roll out trundle bed. Curtains are made from block-out material. Warm electric blankets are provided to keep you toasty in winter. Request for pull out trundle, sofa or airbed bedding and linen 48 hours before arrival if required. Note that when using the single roll out trundles, the beds fill all the floor space in the bedroom. NOTE There is construction happening at the end of the street 2 doors down. Construction noise may occur during the day time during your stay. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself. If you need street parking permits, you can purchase from me per calendar day and I have limited in supply. Check with me for availability first. Wilson Secure parking station at Edward Street or Murray Street 5 and 8 minutes walk away. You can check their website for their price based on what time you want to use it. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 24 hours and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time.
