The house is 170 m2 and includes: a large kitchen and a large dining room-lounge with fireplace and piano, which was the place of guests for an old hostel; a very large bedroom and two smaller ones (one with a double bed, the other with two separate beds) all with their own bathroom. An additional room sleeps two more people. Outside two terraces of different orientation.
