The perfect couples getaway! Lynx Loft is a modern guest house with a rustic feel located in the beautiful pines of the Bradshaw Mountains! Situated at 6,600' elevation, enjoy the beautiful views from the deck where you can spot many wildlife visitors. This guest house is located on private property in the community of Walker. The road to the property is a 1/2 of a mile dirt forest road. During the winter months a 4x4 vehicle is recommended and maybe necessary in order to access the property. The space Lynx Loft is a private, detached guest house that is located on the other side of a 2 acre property! It is approximately 5 minutes south of Lynx Lake and 20 minutes from downtown Prescott. Lynx Loft is comfortable, cozy, and quiet! Wi-Fi is provided with the fastest speeds in our area. There is a 50" smart TV for your enjoyment. You can cast from your phone or log into the apps directly on the TV! DVD player and DVDs provided. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee bar equipped with a Kuerig! There are two queen beds one of which is a sofa pull out. Lynx Loft can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Guest access Outdoor patio/deck with gas grill. Walking path located behind the guest house that leads down to an additional seating area. Everything on the other side of the road is not included with the rental and is off limits. (Tree house / Play area). Other things to note Lynx Loft is located in a rural area that consists of mountainous terrain. As expected, there are uneven surfaces and trip hazards around the property. By booking this listing you acknowledge the above statement and understand that this listing may not be suitable for people that have physical limitations or disabilities. No fires of any kind (excludes the BBQ and indoor propane fireplace).
