Cozy, spacious flat with Garden, 17min from Zurich

My cozy flat has 3 rooms on 3 floors. The entrance is on the ground floor, where you will find the living room and kitchen. On the same floor you have access to a little garden with sitting area to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. On the top floor is the bedroom with attached bathroom. It features a Boxspring double bed and a small table for a laptop or book. On the basement floor, there is my art studio with a single bed and a toilet. There is also a washing machine which you can use. The space The house is cozy, brightly lit and in a quite location. There is a little garden with a sitting area. There is a bicycle you can use for getting groceries, or for a trip into the nearby nature. Guest access The whole house with garden is accessible. The tools and painting utensils may not be used without permission.
