We have a 7-Eleven below the building. If you are not driving, you may conveniently take “grab” from our apartment. Our location is exactly at Malacca Town and moving around will be easy. Popular tourists spots such as Jonker Walk/Portuguese Settlement/Mahkota Parade can be reached within 5-15mins (depending on traffic conditions) We are just 1 minute drive away from Mahkota Medical Centre. Our apartment is perfect for those who plan to have a good rest after discharging from the hospital or even families visiting from afar! If not will get PENALTY. *Swimming pool is accessible by walk-in only with proper swimming attire *Guests are not allowed to use the Gym Facilities at the moment *Eating and drinking not allowed in the lobby *Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit.
