Stone Village -with pool-

A small stone village that consists of 4 cottages immersed in the estate's park. There is a common swimming pool and a covered veranda, equipped with a kitchen, tables, chairs, sofas, a relaxation area, a barbecue, and a picnic area in the middle of the woods. Located at the gates of Saturnia, the space is ideal for those who want to embrace a lifestyle in contact with the unspoiled nature of these places, close to the Albegna river, the valley and the surrounding hills. The space "Il Borghetto" consists of four independent structures, each with its own private and exclusive outdoor space, including a swimming pool. The "Il Villino" cottage has a private garden and a shaded terrace, it consists of a large living/dining room with a comfortable sofa bed, two bathrooms and a kitchen complete with appliances (oven, dishwasher and washing machine). The cottage is completed by two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed while the other is equipped with bunk beds. The "Il Casaletto" cottage is located at the top of the hill and enjoys a spectacular view of the valley. Originally it was a large farmhouse, today it has been divided into four large studios, each consisting of a comfortable and exclusive outdoor space, a private bathroom, an open kitchenette, a double bed and a sofa bed in case of additional guests (one adult or two children under 10 years old). One studio apartment has a double bed and a single bed and can be comfortably occupied by three people, this space also has an exclusive garden of its own. The "Casetta" cottage has, like the others, a private veranda, with a beautiful olive tree. The cottage was designed and built in full respect of the context with traditional local stones. It consists of a bedroom with a private bathroom, a double bed, a small refrigerator with a kettle and a coffee machine (it does not have a kitchen but is equipped with dishes and glasses). The entire structure was built in the last century, in harmony with nature, in the center of about 30 hectares of gardens and cultivated fields, with the presence of roses, lavender, wild flowers, a vineyard and trees, which invite you to browse the pages of a book, sipping a glass of wine, while nature creates the right atmosphere.
