Our villa is located in Yeni Mahalle, one of the central regions of Fethiye, and markets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. In addition, public transportation stops are nearby, providing easy access to popular tourist spots such as Ölüdeniz, Çalış Beach, Kayaköy and Saklıkent. It is a partially sheltered villa. The space Villa Tierra is a 4-bedroom villa with a capacity of 8 people, located in the Yeni Mahalle neighborhood of Fethiye. Our luxury villa has a private garden and a private swimming pool. The private swimming pool is partially sheltered. It is not very visible from the outside. Therefore, it is a suitable villa for conservative families and honeymoon couples. There is a sun terrace by the pool. Our comfortable villa is tastefully decorated. All home decoration items and white goods are available in the villa. There are clean beds, linens, towels and they are delivered clean to our guests. Our villa has a Turkish bath, sauna and laundry room. Bedrooms: 1st Bedroom: Family bedroom. (Located on the ground floor) Living Room: The air-conditioned living room has a modern sofa set, TV, satellite receiver, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, table and chairs, modem for internet and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace. The living room is on the pool floor. 60 m2 living room Kitchen: Open American kitchen with pool view. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, 8-person dinnerware, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses. There is an exit to the pool terrace. The kitchen is on the pool floor. Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden with a depth of 1.5 m, a length of 7 m, and a width of 5 m. The pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool. The private pool is partially sheltered. Private Garden: There is a pool deck sun terrace in the private garden. The garden has a private pool, sun umbrella, dining table and chairs, sun loungers, shower and barbecue. Internet: The villa has Wi-Fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions may occur due to internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for matters such as e-mails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites, but not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files. Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There are no hygiene-related consumption needs (toilet paper, detergent, food/beverage, etc.) in the villas. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the vicinity. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
