The sunsets are priceless.The 1 Bedroom apartment centered between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood.Located in Brentwood. with views of Santa Monica & Catalina Island. The space The sunset pictures are priceless, you must bring your camera. Parking and WiFi is included... Private transportation is available 24/7. The place is very spacious. With open kitchen. There is 1 queen size bed and 2 twin size beds. In the balcony there is a dinning table with chairs and bench. And a full size bed for relaxing during the day, and star gazing at nights. Please note, there is construction going on at the next block and this apt is not for a guest wanting to sleep to noon. Guest access The 'metro transportation' bus stop is on the complex grounds (about a 30 second walk). The bus will take you to Santa Monica 3rd st promenade, Santa Monica Beach as well as to UCLA (12 minutes away).. The public transportation here in Los Angeles is super easy. Its safe and cheap and goes right to UCLA from my apartment (about 12 minute bus ride). Whole Foods, Citi Bank, Bank of America, Chase, Starbucks, grocery store, bars, shopping, Sushi, Subway, Pizza, Yoga, FEDEX-Kinkos are all walking distance. Beverly Hills is right around the corner which is a $6-$8 uber ride. I have reserved gated parking space with 24hr security. Onsite Laundry, full GYM, WiFi and reserved parking is all included. Relax and enjoy the sun in the Olympic size heated pool which is open year round as well enjoy 3 BBQ grills to cook poolside. The pool is very clean as the complex cleans it every day. Beach/Pool towels are included with the apartment. (Right now the pool and the gym is under construction)
