An exterior room with a private bathroom and air conditioning is offered. The room is furnished with a 1.35m double bed. Renting the room gives guests the right to use the kitchen and washer/dryer, which are for common use. 10 minutes from the M30, 8 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the university city The space The room has air conditioning - heating, bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV, double bed, security at the door. Guest access Kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, refrigerator and freezer. In the kitchen we have a dining table with 4 chairs. In the hallway we have two lounge chairs. At the entrance we have an outdoor clothes dryer. During your stay The rooms are private and the common areas are shared. The room is cleaned per stay and is done when the guest leaves the accommodation. If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. Other things to note The dishwasher must be full to start operating. The washing machine must have at least 4 kilos of clothes to start working. Use the air conditioner only when someone is home, otherwise leave it off.
