Staying at our place will allow you to explore the city by walking and discover what it feels living right in the action of İzmir. The house is surrounded by many bars, restaurants, and is very close to the seaside and the main parc (Fair area) of İzmir which allows experiencing the city without the need to go far. Location wise it cannot get any better, you will love it. It is conveniently located, 3 mins walking from the seaside. It is close to several transportation vehicles. Only a few mins walking from the subway(where you can easily get to the airport), tram stations, buses, and the ferry port as well. Our apartment is located in the most popular main street in İzmir. It is a highly safe area with a nice neighbourhood. There are 2 terraces on both sides of the apartment with table set where you can chill with the city view. The flat is suitable for couples of all ages who need privacy in a comfortable environment. The flat is a good fit for business travelers coming for meetings or those who are on a few days or week stay and looking for the comfort of a home. The flat is on the 8th floor. There is a lift in the apartment. There is no private car park available in the apartment. But you can find a lot of municipal or private car parks in the surrounding area. You can find a taxi in front of the building for 24 hours. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. You can use everything that is in the apartment and feel like at your own home. There is a high-speed fiber-optic wireless internet connection. It is 100 Mbps download and 10mbps upload speed There is a new and regularly maintained filter system for drinking water at home. You do not need to buy drinking water. There is one kingsize bed and one queenside bed. There is also one comfortable big sofa (for which sheets, blankets, and pillows are also available). So, 5 people can fit. A TV with Netflix, Apple TV connections and a stereo are available for your entertainment. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave oven, kettle and all kinds of utensils in the kitchen. There is also a coffee machine (drip pot) There are two separate hairdryers in both bathrooms. You have 24-hour hot water directly from all taps. There is an air-condition in the living room. Capable of cooling the whole house There is an air-condition in the bedroom which has a king-size bed. There is also a ventilating fan in the other bedroom which is en suid one. The apartment has a central heating system. (In winter you can feel the comfort of a warm home for 24 hours). There is an electric heater available at the terrace. I provide you clean towels, bedsheets, pillows, and blankets; soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Gul Avenue, Kıbrıs Sehitleri Street, Kültür Park and Gundogdu Square, which are almost the symbols of Izmir, are the most alive places in Izmir with their cafes and shops.
