Located steps away from downtown Paso Robles, Acorn Flats is the perfect place for your wine country get away. The home features 2 bedroom, 1 bath, a laundry room, and an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. The home also has a small side patio with a BBQ. The home features central heating and air, new finishes, and new appliances. Two parking spaces are also provided outside of the unit and street parking is available nearby. STR19-0127 The space We are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. We will send you the front door access code 2 to 5 days before your arrival. Please ensure the door is all the way shut when you go to lock it. Other things to note Feel free to use the BBQ on the patio. Please try to leave it clean for the next guests. The house has a Smart TV. Feel free to use our Netflix account which is already logged in. There is no cable at the house, but feel free to download or access any of the available apps, such as YouTube, Amazon, or news apps. While we do have a coffee maker, we are no longer offering coffee, sugar, and cream due to current health and safety concerns. Sometimes there is an additional trash pick up on Friday mornings for the local businesses nearby.
