Villa Saint Jean

Welcome to Villa Saint Jean, a 130 m2 house located in a calm and residential area in Merville. We are in the northern suburbs of Toulouse, close to the Blagnac international airport, Airbus Industries and the new Parc des Expositions MEETT. It is therefore ideal for travellers and workers on short missions looking for a quality stay with all the commodities, and for groups up to 12 persons who want to stay all together (family reunions, conferences, tradeshows, etc.). The space The Villa Saint Jean de Merville is located: • 10 km away from the new Parc des Expositions MEETT; • 15 km away from the Toulouse Blagnac international airport; • 15 km away from Eurocentre the "autoroute des Deux Mers" highway (gateway to Bordeaux, Paris, etc...); • 25 km away from the Place du Capitole; • 35 km away from Montauban; • less than 2 hours away from the Pyrenees and Andorra; • halfway between the sea and the ocean! You'll be able to wash and iron your clothes, workout in the garage (with a couple of fitness machines and some weights), chill out in the big living room with a selection of books, TV (160 channels) and internet (high-speed fiberoptics with a good wi-fi connection). When it comes to sleeping, the high-quality mattresses are brand new (fall 2019) and the bed sheets - included - are all 100% cotton or organic cotton. Bathroom towels are also available. In the kitchen (also brand new), you'll have at your disposal everything you need to cook, as well as the basic ingredients for breakfast (with tea and infusions, coffee - we have a Senseo machine - , jams, honey, etc...). All the rooms have a view on the 900 m2 garden, to which you'll have of course full access to. A few important points: • for practical reasons, the minimum stay is 3 nights during the week and 2 nights during the weekend; • we favor the reservations that do not 'break' the week (so, ideally, from monday to friday or friday to sunday); • if you happen to finally be more guests than those you originally reserved for, we'll ask you to modify your reservation accordingly. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house. Other things to note Pets are welcome but you'll need to let us know beforehand. The deposit will go towards the costs of the damage to furniture they may cause. The garden is totally closed.
