Cute, comfortable, and stylish townhome right next to the driving range of the Eagle-Vail golf course, half way between Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. Spacious with 3bd/2.5bth on 3 floors, 1700+sqft. The space Here is a description of the unit: -1st floor- Enter on the 1st floor to find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and twin over twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom and there is also a laundry room on this floor. -2nd Floor- Walk up stairs to the main living space. You'll find the living room, kitchen, dining table, half bath, balcony, and a desk. -3rd Floor- Head up the spiral staircase to the the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a door to this bedroom, it is not a loft. NOTE: There is also a short flight of stairs from the parking lot to the front door and the unit itself is 3 floors. Parking: Our unit has a dedicated spot in the lot plus a small garage. Most guests use the garage to store gear like bikes and skis and utilize the space in front of the garage to park. Basically you have parking for 2 cars, or 3 cars if you have a car small enough to fit inside the garage, We include: A well stocked kitchen with coffee bar. Smart TVs, and good WIFI. For kiddos we include a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, and games/coloring supplies. Note that we do not include babyproofing items and our unit is not baby proofed so bring if needed. The neighborhood of Eagle-Vail has wonderful amenities, especially in the summer! We sit right next to the Eagle-Vail golf course driving range, making it convenient to play 18 holes or a family friendly game of Par 3. In the winter, the golf course is terrific for sledding, snowshoeing, and dog walking. One block away, you will find the Eagle-Vail saltwater pool with a nice slide, lap lanes, and a separate baby/toddler pool. Please note that the pool is open in the summer only and they charge a day rate which you can find online. There is also a fabulous playground, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, and a cute small lake with a beach (our dogs love this spot!) all within 2 blocks from the condo. Guest access The townhouse is yours during your stay! You also have access to a small garage. Other things to note * We allow up to two well behaved dogs! $25/night fee (total, not per dog) will be requested through Airbnb a few days before your stay. No restrictions on breed or size but we do have common sense dogs rules. If you would like to see dog rules before you book to make sure they work for you, feel free to click the "contact host" button to send me an inquiry and I’ll be happy to send them over. Our cleaners work hard to clean between guests, but this home may not be the right fit for those with SEVERE pet allergies. * Like most mountain properties, this unit has NO CENTRAL A/C. Summers are usually mild and air conditioning is rarely needed. There is a portable A/C unit on the 3rd floor as this room tends to get the warmest. We have a few fans in the closets for your comfort. * Take note of our layout. There is a short staircase from the parking lot to the front door. The unit itself is 3 floors, with the primary bedroom on the 3rd floor up a spiral staircase. We understand this setup may not be ideal for some folks so we don’t want it to be a surprise. *The neighborhood pool is only open in the summer only and they do charge a day rate. You can search Eagle-Vail Pool for more info. * The manufacturer lists the top bunk of the bunkbed to 150lbs but in our experience, it feels most secure when being used by kids, 100lbs or less. * We highly recommend travel insurance. We stick to our published cancellation policy. Refunds will not be given for illness, traffic, road closures, storms, ski conditions, or other situations out of our control. * We have one security camera outside of the front door that is motion activated and records video and sound. The camera is never monitored unless there is a specific concern. There are NO cameras inside the unit. (Airbnb requires that I disclose this info in my listing)
