In the interior next to the kitchen there is a patio with terrace furniture, where you can also hang clothes. The rooms are cool in summer and have a ceiling fan. The apartment is located in a strategic area where in summer there is normally a pleasant breeze that comes from the sea, making the house have a very pleasant temperature. The suburban train has a punctual regularity, with access to leisure areas, and communicates with other means of transport.
