Beautiful house in the center of Danmark

Welcome to Violhuset - a large, light and bright house with good facilities in historic Fredericia. The house is centrally located in Denmark and only a drive from sights such as Jelling, Legoland and H.C. Andersen's house. 1 hour to Aarhus and 1 hour to the Danish-German border. The house is located on a quiet residential street about a 10-15 minute walk from Fredericia Vold and the town's historic center with shops, cafes and restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped and is in open connection with the living room, where there is a dining table with space for eight, a large sofa and TV. From the hallway there is access to the garden with a nice lounge area as well as a barbecue and dining area. On the ground floor there is also a room with a double bed of 140 cm. On the 1st floor of the house there is a large bathroom with shower and spa. In addition, there are three rooms: - A bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm and exit to the balcony. - A room with a single bed of 90 cm. - A children's room with a crib (60x120 cm) In the basement, there is a large bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
