Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway. The space Villa Senar is a delightful sea front holiday villa set on the beautiful Kas peninsula, overlooking the Greek island of Meis. The spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the mature private garden make Villa Senar perfect for those looking for something a little special. For me the location of this villa, right up on the edge of Turkey's stunning Mediterranean, is absolutely priceless. Looking out to sea from the balconies at the house one feels immensely privileged. I love the fact you can walk to the end of the garden path and jump into the crystal clear water, then come back to the house and read a morning paper. It's like a dream. We try to ensure that this is a well appointed house, it is functional, and practical with four bedrooms. It is perfect for couples, groups of friends or for families as it sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, boasts a large communal swimming pool, shared by 3 other villas in our little complex and with direct sea access, again with shared platforms. The villa's prime location means that whilst you enjoy your own tranquil setting on this dramatic coastline, you are still only a 5 km drive from the centre of Kas with its many cafes, tea gardens, excellent restaurants, charming boutiques, old fishing harbour and ancient ruins. Lounge and Dining Fully furnished lounge with TV, DVD player and music system with aux input for an iPod. Double doors open out onto the patio overlooking the sea. Kitchen The villa boasts an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with oak worktops. 3 Bedrooms - Master, Double, Twin 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, in addition there is a smaller single bedroom which guests can use for luggage. All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, dressing tables and side cabinets. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. Balconies accessed from the master bedroom and the double bedroom have amazing sea views - and views across to the Greek island of Meis. Laundry The laundry room includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are also provided, the villa will be cleaned before your arrival. Pool and Garden Mature garden with large patio perfect for barbeques. A spacious seating area in the garden is perfect for lounging, designed more as a day bed infact. Pool and garden loungers are provided. The swimming pool is communal and shared by the 3 other villas in our complex, it is a large pool with plenty of loungers and rarely gets crowded. There is also car parking beside the house at the bottom of our road. Guest access You are able to access the entire house, gardens, pool area and sea platforms. If arriving after the local site manager has gone home for the night, a key will be left in a key security box outside. The code will be provided before you travel. Other things to note To make best use of your time in Kas, explore the amazing local area and be free to travel to local beaches, I would recommend hiring a car.
