Amazing central location, great for families! Private space is the Master Suite of a high end townhome. Common areas of the home include living room, dining room, outdoor gas grill and large gourmet kitchen. Just minutes from Downtown, Galleria and Memorial Park! The space Prime central Houston location. Guests will have the entire master suite privately to themselves and access to common areas. The bedroom has 1 Queen sized bed, 1 Queen sized sleeper sofa and full bathroom with soaking tub. Guests also have access to shared large walk in laundry room with wash sink and front load washer and dryer. Large gourmet kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances and outdoor gas Weber grill. Myself, my boyfriend and other AirBNB guests will be on the property. We have 2 sweet cats, one is elderly. Two more bedrooms in the home are available for booking to other guests on AirBNB as well, if you are needing more space please view my other listing :) Free parking is available on the street outside of the home. Guest access Access to master suite on 2nd floor, common 1st floor and common laundry room on the 2nd floor only. During your stay I keep to myself but can be as helpful as you need me to be :) I was born and raised in Houston and can suggest anything you'd possibly need and answer any questions you might have! Other things to note There are 2 cats in the home, please keep all doors leading outdoors fully shut and locked at all times to not accidentally let her out of the house. Parking is on street and is free, be observant of certain sections that are no parking zones and do not park in front of other homes driveways.
