The Bunker
Description
Fully self contained apartment in the heart of Geelong. We have excellent restaurants so close that it would take longer to park a car than it will to walk. The Geelong Waterfront and Little Malop Street which are also full of great eateries and bars, are not far away. If you are here for more serious things, we are close to the hospitals. If you have footy on your mind there is no need to worry about parking at the ground. You can walk there. So bring your walking shoes and enjoy your stay. The space The Bunker is somewhere slightly surprising to stay. While the space is large with all the amenities you will require for an extremely comfortable stay, your access is unusually through a shop. Hidden away you get all the convenience of being in the heart of the city but experience a cocoon of comfort and privacy. You can choose to sleep late in the large comfortable bed in the darkness of a room with no windows or you can relax on a comfy couch enjoying a coffee or reading a good book. We have put underfloor heating in the bathroom to keep you toasty warm even on the chilliest mornings. If you want to go out and enjoy what Geelong has to offer, head out the front door for great food, a frothy cold beer, a great coffee or a glass of locally made wine, it’s all an easy walk away. Unfortunately the space is not suitable for pets. Parking is either meter parking at the front (free on weekends) or on the weekend there is street parking at the rear. If you have questions please let us know. We are not far away as we live upstairs. You will not see us unless you need to. The space is totally self contained and we understand your need for privacy. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. It is fully self contained. You do enter through a shop front but this is not an operating business so you can come and go as you please. It is also a great space for storage so guests with bikes or sports gear can relax knowing that their valuables are safe. You can even charge your e bike. Other things to note You do need to enter The Bunker through the shop. This is not an operating business, it is part of our property and so there is no need to worry about privacy. The area will be yours while you are staying at the premises.
