You are just a stone's throw away from restaurants, ice cream, cafes, theatre and Monahan's Clam Shack. There are also several state beaches within minutes drive. You can see East Beach/Blue Shutters Beach from here and it's only a 5 minute drive 1.5 miles away to beach entrance. You will also have a Beach Pass to the Town Beaches, Blue Shutters Beach and Charlestown Beach. You will have your own separate entrance, private deck and gas grill with ocean view. The property is on 2 wooded acres abutting Burlingame State Park. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Linens are provided including bath towels. There is an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The backyard offers a firepit, picnic area, children's playground and trampoline. We also offer yard games. Feel free to ask us anything or make requests. We're flexible. While we would like to be at the property to greet all our guests, there are times when we may not be available to personally hand you your keys. You will get an access code to the common area before check in. You will have your own private access. We reside in the lower unit and we also have a smaller rental above the garage. If you need more space, feel free to inquire about it. You will see us around the property from time to time but we are always out at the beach or working. You will feel like you have the entire place to yourself and you have your privacy as you have entire 2nd floor apartment with your own entrance. You are free to walk around the property and feel at home. You also have access to your own washer and dryer in the basement. We also offer baby and toddler toys/equipment upon request. We are a stone's throw away from the very popular Blue Shutters Beach. You can see it from your deck! There are many amenities in our area including marinas, boat rentals and golf courses. All shopping centers are within minutes including a 24 hour Super Walmart just a 5 minute drive down the street and a 24 hour CVS just 10 minutes down the street.
