The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 🛏️ Your room: A cozy and very clean private room with a lovely garden view, a large comfortable bed, sofa and wardrobe for two people. 🛁 Bathroom: Clean bathroom with bathtub. Fresh towels and shampoo are provided for your convenience. 🍳 Kitchen & dining: Large, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave with grill, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The open dining area has a table with seating, and additional chairs are available if needed. 🛋️ Living room: Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and 43-inch TV. It is available for guests when it is free and not otherwise occupied. 🌿 Balcony: Balcony facing the main street with a small table and four seats. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. 🛜 Wi-Fi: Free high-speed Wi-Fi up to 859 Mbps. Most rooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, have windows overlooking the garden. My own room is also located in the apartment. I look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay! During your stay I work four to five days a week, but I am home every day and happy to be there for my guests. Other things to note Dear guests, To make everyone feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple house rules: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. 🌙 Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Parties and loud music are not permitted. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors and other guests. 🛋️ You are welcome to use the living room when it is free and not otherwise occupied. 🅿️ There are two free parking spaces belonging to the building, which may be used when available. As they are shared by the building, we cannot guarantee availability. If both spaces are occupied, guests will need to find alternative parking nearby. 🏠 Please treat the apartment and everything in it with care, as if it were your own home, and kindly leave everything clean and tidy after use.
