The parking spot is available in front of the building but it's free from 7pm till 9am The space This apartment is perfect for 3 people, but can accommodate up to 5 with a sofa bed in the living room. It is located on the first floor and there is an elevator but there are still a few steps to enter. Parking: in front of the building there are a lot of parking spots ( free parking from 7pm till 9am) You have included: bed linens and towels, a little Italian breakfast, unlimited internet connection, all the expenses such as power, gas, water etc. Payment is managed by Airbnb. A cot is free, but the baby sitting has an extra cost. Remember to book in advance. Please smoke only outside the apart or near the open windows.
