Excellent location with nearby access to I-94, I-45, and 894. Very clean. No current occupants. Approx 1450 square feet. Fully furnished. Wifi available upon request (1 day notice). Very comfortable, brand new beds. The space You will have exclusive use of the entire unit - 3 bedroom, 1.5, two story unit with private access. It is a large, clean, furnished home. The beds are brand new, comfortable memory foam, and clean. Master bedroom has a large, comfortable, memory foam king bed and vanity desk. Bedding is available - but we do not provide laundry service. You must wash it yourself. Guest access Entire unit, private entrance - 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, upstairs, downstairs, basement, 1 space in garage Other things to note - 1 parking spot available in garage (shared garage, so leave space for other car) - No laundry but nearby laundromat available - Bedding provided, but you must wash sheets and blankets yourself - If you park on street overnight (3am-6am), you must notify city of Wauwatosa and pay small fee. - Do not park on driveway (it is shared). You may park on street or garage (see above) - Please clean up after yourself - Notify host immediately of any potential stains to carpet or damages - Ignore the part under “house rules” that indicates no beds. I don’t know how to change it. There ARE beds.
