Our cosy tiny studio room is in an ideal location for exploring Paihia and beyond. It has a private entrance, Queen bed, Ensuite, small equiped kitchenette, private little court yard with access to BBQ area. Part of a motel but a private feel. It works for short stays for 1 or 2 people. The space This is a small studio with a quirky feel. It has a small kitchenette with microwave, a 2 burner hob enabling preperation and cooking of basic meals. The ensuite has a half basin, Toilet and shower (shower has a step up to it). This is a basic, small unit, reflected in the price. We supply tea and coffee sachets upon arrival, we do not top these up or service the room. We are on site if you require any assistance. This is a holiday destination, there are many other holiday homes, Airbnbs and motels. 90% of the time this area is super quiet and peaceful. There are some times of the year where it is very busy and the noise level can increase. This includes a few weeks in the summer, the blues and country music festivals. Please be aware of possible events in the town. Guest access You can walk pretty much everywhere in town, supermarket, wharf for Russell ferry, Restaurants and shops, beaches etc. Parking is right outside, marked number 5. Other things to note We are part of a motel but the studio is a querky, private little space. This space is ideal for short stays, it is small (reflected in the price). If booking before December there are some refurbishments going on around the main building. This should not affect your stay but you just need to be aware there may be some mess and noise during working hours. We have a quiet time of 10pm in place.
