On the entrance level, you have the open plan living/kitchen areas that open out to the terraces and pool. There is an outdoor dining area, a shaded Bbq area, a lounge area, and a few sunbeds around the pool. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all the mod cons. The living room has a super comfy couch and Tv. There is also a dining table for 6. There is one double bedroom on this level, and a separate bathroom. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room, walk-in closet and a private terrace (with sunbeds). Opposite to the Master, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a newly renovated Studio apartment with a double bed, and bunk bed, sofa, kitchenette and a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating – a perfect kid’s room! There is A/c throughout the villa, and wifi. There is secure gated parking for 1 car. Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.
