This cottage was renovated in 2018 and professionally cleaned after each stay. Enjoy the amenities of a hotel room to include parking (at no extra cost) . It is centrally located with a 5-12 min walk to the Amtrak, west main shops, Preston Ave, downtown mall, The Corner, and UVA. See "Space" for more details. The space Notes: 1) Two night minimum required on weekends(unless only one day is available on the calendar). 2) Check in 3:00 pm, check out by 11:00am 3) Due to pet allergies we can not allow animals 4) We do have outdoor cameras (NOT INSIDE) The Cottage is a lovely home that was remodeled with guests in mind. It has off and on street parking. Enjoy MORE amenities than a hotel suite and the privacy of your own space (more than any hotel). If you're in town for a football game it is walk-able to the stadium (1.6 miles)and you don't have to sit in traffic or pay for parking. Minutes away from the best restaurants and shops here in C-ville. The downtown mall, the University, and the shops/restaurants located on west main and Preston are just a short walk away . It does not get any more central than here! Amenities: 2 queen beds, queen sofa sleeper in common area, Iron and board, full bathroom, linens for 2 beds, basic toiletries, blow dryer, washer & Dryer, Samsung smart tv with Amazon firestick. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Off street parking. . Guest access Full access to the house and all its amenities.
