My place is close to the sea and the mountains,and is in the middle of the wine and olive groves..no neighbors no cars!!. You'll love my place because of A beautiful house with private pool and a beautiful view, you enjoy absolute privacy and children can play there safely.The sea is 10 km and you can hike in the mountains 40 km from the house.Montefiore is 2 km from the house and is one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. The space The house can accommodate up to 8 people. The house consists of 2 parts: Downstairs part:with nice kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 toilets,surrounded by terraces. Upstairs part: 2 bedrooms,kitchen to BBQ from terrace,1 bathrooms and large terrace with BBQ and some views Guest access The house is fully rented or can also be rented (outside high season) per apartment,either upstairs or downstairs apartment. Other things to note There is a brand new swimming pool,located in the middle of the vineyards with a spectacular view of Ripatransone and the Monti Sibillini
