1930s apartment in the city center. 10 minutes from the RER A and E, 15 minutes from the Vincennes metro by bus 114. Very quiet and bright. Overlooking the courtyard and garden. 33m², 2 equal rooms, equipped kitchen (small fridge, small oven, 2 hobs, washing machine), bathroom and separate toilet. Double bed (140/160 cm), sofa bed (90/190 cm), storage and closets. 2nd floor (no elevator). Individual heating (gas boiler). Internet (fiber). No pets (host allergies). The space Entry code provided after booking by contacting the host. Parking and parking (for a fee) located right next door on Rue Paul Bert or on Place du Marché (2 mins away). Ideal for a couple or a solo traveler, accompanied or not by a child or a friend wishing to discover Paris and its surroundings. Also ideal for a punctual mission or business trip as the apartment is very calm and equipped. It is not originally intended to accommodate an infant or toddler as it does not have an elevator and the shower cubicle is not really suitable for a very small one. However, some guests stayed with the family and felt good there. A small crib can be provided. The building does not have an elevator, the apartment is vintage with the charm of the old and its limits. The furniture and equipment are also vintage but perfectly functional. The accommodation is not suitable for student housing in accordance with the internal regulations or for an extended stay of 3 people because the trundle bed is in the living room. Guest access Access information for transportation from Paris to the accommodation: *3 possible access stations: • Nogent-sur-Marne is a station on the RER A line (St Germain-en-Laye or Poissy - Boissy-Saint Léger line. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from this resort. > by bus: from the RER, take the bus exit then take bus 113 to Paul Bert station. Go down the boulevard and turn left at the roundabout on Paul Bert street. Go down the street to the bar. The apartment adjoins the bar. For the return journey, on the day of departure, the stop at 113 is located on the other side of the boulevard, a little lower than the pedestrian crossing. > It is also possible to take bus 120 at the exit of the RER and get off at the stop Sous-Préfecture. We must then continue to walk on the main shopping street Charles de Gaulle until Rue Paul Bert and go up to the bar, passing the crossroads of the Bakery. For the path to the RER, go down the street to the bakery and turn right into Rue des Héros Nogentais. The stop is after the Franprix supermarket. • Nogent-Le Perreux station of RER E (St Lazare - Villiers line) also offers another possibility of transportation. The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from this resort. > Take bus 114 under the bridge to the Franprix station on Rue des Héros Nogentais. Go back to the crossroads and go up Rue Paul Bert along the bakery. To go to the RER or metro, take the 120 or 114 at the same stop. • The Château de Vincennes metro station of Line 1 (La Défense-Château de Vincennes) is also 10 minutes by bus from the apartment. > Take the bus exit then take bus 114 to the Sous Préfecture station then follow the directions given above for bus 120. Other things to note This place isn't a 5-star hotel. It is in a vintage style, which corresponds to an aesthetic and eco-friendly choice. The amenities are old but functional and convenient. Guests who prefer a different style and don't like the old are asked to move to accommodations that meet their expectations. If you need to check in late at night or early in the morning, please respect the quietness of the condominium. Please read the house rules carefully before booking the place. If you have booked for 2 people but want to invite a friend or family member to sleep in the sofa bed, please let me know ahead of time and do not use the clean sheets and linens. If you're booking for 2 people and want to use both beds, please let me know. You will be charged an additional linen fee. An extra pillow (reservation for 3 people) and converts will be available in the bedroom closet. Clean towels are available in the closet next to the shower. If you find that you have stained sheets, towels, covers or blankets or damaged property, please let me know so that we can come to an arrangement. Please let me know if you broke a glass, a plate, or something. Otherwise, a review finding the damage and/or a compensation process will be requested. When you leave, please take your trash down.
