Around 5 minute drive to groceries, 7/11, market and restaurants. A gentle breeze from the sea will relax your nerve as you sit on outside garden. Guest access Guest can access the out door gym, parking, gardens and the clubhouse. Other things to note Feel free to use all facilities in the house but make sure to take good care of everything. Please wash all the dishes after using it, and clean the kitchen area after cooking. We will provide cleaning materials and trashbags so you can take out all the garbage everyday.
