The apartment is located a few steps from the Cinema Lumière, and is ideal for people who need to go to the Cinema Ritrovato (a film festival that takes place in Bologna). Any other person is not allowed. • The apartment has an independent entrance but is located in a condominium context, so we ask you to respect the times of silence in order to comply with the condominium regulations: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. • Private parking is available 100 meters from the apartment. It can be booked with at least 12 hours advance notice and this is for one car only. • The entrance door is electric: we will give you a code valid for the duration of your stay; please check if the entrance door is closed properly, once closed wait for the locking beep. • Before leaving, make sure that the windows are closed and completely lower the roller shutter. • Please take off your shoes before entering the house. • It is not a hotel but a private home, so please treat everything with care. • Before checking out, turn on the dishwasher in P3 mode. • Do not use the swing, it is for decorative purposes only. • The price is for 2 people, a supplement of 35 euros per day is required for each additional guest. • Please do not use towels to remove make-up. • According to the regulation of the Municipality of Bologna, the air conditioning can be switched on from 1st June to 30th September and the minimum temperature allowed is 24°C. • Always turn off the air conditioning before going out. • The regulation of the Municipality provides that the heating can be switched on from 7 November to 7 April and the maximum allowed temperature is 21° C.
