Located in the heart of beautiful Silver Lake in Los Angeles, this house gives you peace the second you walk through my private gate. It has a charming old Spanish feel and provides creative space to read, write, live and work. Cozy dinner parties on the large sun deck with great view and amazing sunsets, get-together with friends, a private afternoon coffee on the front porch, or a glass of wine at the fire place are my guest's favorite memories. The truth is that whoever comes to my house finds it hard to leave. Completely private except weekly gardener who comes to water plants. Ready to move in and enjoy. Towels and linens provided. It is centrally located with all main freeways (101 Hollywood Freeway, 5 Freeway, 110 and 2) about 5 minutes away. Sunset Junction and shops, restaurants and stores on Sunset Blvd in walking distance. Silver Lake Recreation Center, Park and Reservoir with its beautiful 2.2 mile jogging path about 15 min walking distance or 3 min by car. Yoga place, coffee places, bars, vegan restaurants and all that this part of town has to offer around the corner, some of which are in walking distance and others a couple of minutes by car. Other things to note This house is nearly 100 years old. It has been fully updated and renovated about 10 years ago.
