Small studio at the back of a small building, garden side with private terrace Self check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The studio is in the countryside and very quiet. The property has secure PRIVATE PARKING at no extra cost It has been refurbished, it is very well insulated (warm in winter, cool in summer). Individual gas heating. It has a large dressing room and all the comforts. There are some stairs to reach the studio, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility. The space Cozy, functional, refurbished (furniture and bedding) Well equipped: microwave, ceramic hob, fridge top, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, ironing board & iron, vacuum cleaner, TV (Amazon TV) Consumables for the first 2 days: - Coffee, tea, sugar (remember to bring Nespresso pods if you're staying longer than 2 days) - Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, spices for cooking. Toilet paper, shower gel, liquid soap. Dish soap. Kitchen towels Towels and bath towels are provided. Guest access Self-check-in (digicode & key box) from 3:00 p.m. Very late check-in possible. Carefully lift (gently) the roller curtain that hides the front door (avoid noise in case of late arrival) Other things to note Checkout 10:00 a.m. before arrival of the cleaning lady whose schedule is not flexible. For hygiene reasons, we ask that you do not walk around the apartment with shoes on.
