Our listing is a private home, situated in Naranji Street which is just 10-15 mins (max) drive from Suva City. Compact kitchen with all the cooking amenities, Fridge, Washing Machine, indoor parking, outdoor sitting area and full alarm secured compound makes it perfect for a small family or group of 3 or 4 members. Having said that, we also had a pleasure hosting couples and single guest numerous times. The space Our flat is a newly made extension which is fully covered with rug. The Living Room ~ Has a small dining table with 4 chairs. ~ Has 2 single Sofa and 2 double sofa which can cater 6 people. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms: Room 1: ~ Has a double size bed (2 people have to share bed) ~ a drawer near the bed side for keeping clothes/accessories ~ Aircon ~ Hanging rack ~ A floor stand mirror Room 2: ~ Has a double size bed (2 people have to share bed) ~ a drawer near the bed side for keeping clothes/accessories ~ Hanging rack ~ A floor stand mirror ~ Has a fan (Please note, only one room has air con, this room has a fan to keep guest cool) ~ Iron and ironing board The kitchen consists: ~ Pots, pans, serving dishes, cups, glasses, bowls, spoons, forks, knife and other basic cooking utensils. ~ Toaster ~ Microwave ~ Stove ~ Kettle ~ Fridge ~ Complimentary coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt and milk is provided upon arrival. The Compound : ~ is fully alarm secured so you can comfortably leave your belongings and go out to meet your friends and families ~ has a sitting table with 4 chairs to enjoy the breeze and have morning and afternoon tea. ~ Has a pull up and dip station. Washing Clothes ~ We have a Washing Machine located outside the flat which is on 24/7 for the guest to use whenever they want too. Please note that we have another flat on the same property and other guest will use the washing machine as well, thats why it is situated outside the flat. ~ The guest will have their separate clothes line to dry their clothes. During rainy days, the guest can use the indoor clothes line. Shower: ~ Has hot water system Parking: ~ For this flat, the indoor parking space is available if the vehicle's size is same as fielder, prius,etc. ~ If the vehicle is quite big to fit in the space, the guest can park outside the gate which is completely safe. We hosted over 100 guest and those who parked the vehicle outside had no complains or trouble as the area itself is safe. ~ However, if the guest still insists to park inside, we'll arrange space for them to park. Guest access Guest are most welcome to enjoy our home as much as its their home. They will have access to the entire compound. A pull up station and a dip station in the backyard, which the guest can access anytime they want (A pic of the pull up, dip station along with the backyard is in the photo section). Other things to note We are strict on visitors. Only the guests who booked are allowed on the property.
