This is the best area to stay when your in the city. The place is close to grocery shop, wet market. The Toul Tompoung Market (Russian Market). Near the Bus Stop 5 minute away and walking distance to Toul Sleng Musuem. All you need when your here is a good pair of shoes and get ready for a walk. If you're tight in your BUDGET, don't hesitate to ask me we could always work it out. The area is very safe and clean. The space ROOM It's a space that I have in the house a living room, now with a space with bed. Its partitioned with curtains but you will have your own space to live in and not sharing with someone. It comes with a bed space and its very clean, quiet, spacious and safe with enough ventilation, high ceiling and with huge windows. A good working fan will be provided and there is a ceiling fan. The room will be always clean with newly wash bed linens and towels. Basic amenities like shampoo, shower bath, scent bar soap for washing your hands and toothpaste. It’s a nice place so far no issues. NEIGHBOURHOOD The location is very quiet and clean and I do have nice and friendly neighbours though you seldom see them. SHARED AREA The SHOWER ROOM/TOILET no worries you will not be sharing with 20 people only with 1 person or 2, technically the house has got 3 shower rooms/toilets the typical Asian set up. The KITCHEN you are free to use everything that is in the kitchen but not free to consume somebody else food (it might belong to the other guest. I do have the basic like fridge, cooking stove and basic kitchen stuff. The LAUNDRY MACHINE is free to use as long as you buy your own detergent. FOOD Adjacent to my apartment is FIRST HIME Buffet that offers the best option of Cambodian dishes. If you are craving, an Italian food TRATTORIA BELLO is just few steps away.There are a lot of International restaurants near my apartment all you need is a good shoes for walking to search what you really wanted to try once you are here in the area. CLAY GO Clean as you go. 2. NO Shoes No shoes inside the house, leave them outside or you can take them to your room. An indoor slippers will be provided feel free to use them or you can also put your shoes on the rags. 3.CONSERVE Energy Turn off EVERYTHING if not in use except the fridge. The room has an AC but if you want to use it there will be additional charge. 4. Your guest is welcome here. He/ She is welcome here as long as you let the HOST know so everyone is aware, you can have a coffee or dinner. If sleepover is not allowed. If you have more questions about this part, let me know. 5. PARKING Motorcycle and Bicycle parking is available, just don't park outside the gate especially if it’s a rented motorcycle / bicycle. 6. SAFETY Always lock the main door/gate. Coming in or Going out lock the main door and the gate. Make sure every time you arrive home you hang your keys to the key holder area so that other guests we are aware you arrived home safely. 7.FOOD STORAGE The markets and grocery stores is nearby so I advised that you don't store a lot of food in the fridge. Aside that there will be no enough space for everyone food will not be fresh anymore. 8. TOILET Do not flush toilet papers PLEASE, always use rubbish bins and butt spray. 9. MOSQUITO REPELLENT Dengue and Malaria is very common in Cambodia I suggest have some mosquito repellent. Mosquito spray will be available. During your stay -I usually have coffee or dinner with my guest, often times guest are busy. -Tour them when I am not busy -Cook for them so they can try some Filipino cuisine. I can show you around the city for FREE, as long as you will pay for the Tuktuk and I'm not BUSY, but if ever you wanted to enjoy the city by your own I can get a tuk tuk for you. Other things to note Feel at home you can cook your own food... There are only 2 toilets in the house, keep it clean. Always unplug items if you are not using it.
